  4. Send the receipt

  5. Close the day

No. TruKonta is POS software that runs on the phone, tablet or laptop you already have. It works alongside the terminal from your bank or payment provider.

Can a customer pay part cash and part transfer?

Yes. Record any mix of cash, transfer and card on one sale, and each part is tracked.

Does TruKonta process card payments?

No. Your terminal or bank moves the money. TruKonta records the sale and how it was paid, so your records match your takings.

Can my staff use it without seeing my buying price?

Yes, from Starter. Cashiers get a role that hides cost price and profit, and they switch on a shared counter with their own PIN.

Can I issue VAT invoices?

Yes. If your business is registered for VAT, switch VAT on in Settings and every sale and invoice carries it. A business that is not registered never sees it.
